A lot can change in a short amount of time. You can go from being overly busy and stressed to looking for projects to do.
If you are like me you don’t like to waste time . So I have looked for positive things to do that I haven’t had time to do before.
There is something about resting and focusing on what is essential and most important too. I have loved the additional time with my family. I have appreciated the lack of outside influence in our daily life.
We have been able to pursue individual and family goals. We have enjoyed each others company.
Times like these seem to give us time to reflect on what is most important and good in our lives. Eating at home has made it easier to focus on what is healthy for our bodies. There has been more time for exercise and to enjoy outside activities.
My son has missed his friends but he has been more focused on his schoolwork. I have made more phone calls instead of just sending a quick text.
This slow down has given me opportunities to practice patience. It has shown me some peoples true character.

The extra free time has given people an opportunity to see the big picture to broaden their perspectives. While others are still unwilling to forgive and fiercely hold on to petty grudges.
Hopefully everyone will use this time wisely. Be more forgiving, be healthier, be happier, be more loving and kind. Then this time will not have been wasted.
